Do I need a developer account?
No. Subscribe here with your work email. You will always sign in at the Insurance sign-in page, which opens your back office directly.
Where do customer premiums go?
To your own Paystack or Squad account. You add your keys in the back office under Setup. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us.
Can my staff, agents and brokers sign in too?
Yes. Invite team members from the back office and choose what each one can do. Agents, brokers and customers get their own portal sign-in in your company name.
How does someone check that a certificate is real?
Every certificate carries a QR code and a code that can be checked on the certificate verification page. It shows whether the cover is valid today, without personal details.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your records stay safe. Renew from the subscription page and everything opens again as you left it.
